The program offers high-level professional development courses, mentorship from graduates of top global universities, mental health and wellness sessions with experienced counsellors, access to a globally celebrated Strengths Test for Career Development, coaching from executives with international careers, and life skills that are designed to prepare young women for a career in the 21st Century.  

As a Fellow, you will join the alumni network of BMGA Fellows, who are residing in over nineteen (19) countries across the world, which will provide you with a wide range of opportunities from professional mentorships to programs specifically tailored towards career development.

The BMGA Fellows Program is an entirely virtual learning experience.

The BMGA Fellows Program runs through a period of six months.

A final year student is a person that is already in their final university academic study year as of 17 March 2024.

Note that only participants who graduate at the end of the six-month program become BMGA Fellows.

No, there is no age restriction. However, applicants must meet the eligibility requirements.

Depending on the specific cohort, there may be additional scholarships available for successful applicants who may be unable to afford the subsidized fee.

Admitted applicants who are awarded a scholarship based on identified need would receive an email notification with this information. Thus, other than the successful completion of our application process, there is no additional requirement to be awarded a scholarship.

No. Young women from all professions and career paths are welcome to apply.

All participants get the in-program benefits, but only Fellows, that is, participants who graduate at the end of the program will join the Alumni Network with access to all post-program benefits.

Please note that the BMGA Fellows Program is an experiential learning program designed to narrow the gender skills gap. The program provides participants with the knowledge and resources required to gain fundamental employability skills that will strengthen their marketability in the business environment and ensure they remain in the work pipeline.
