How BMGA is Creating Future Female Leaders in Africa — Introducing the BMGA Fellows Program

In May 2020, we (BMGA Enterprise Limited) launched a social impact initiative targeted at young female university students and recent female graduates. Some of the institutions we worked with on the program are Yale University, University of Cambridge, University of Lagos (UNILAG), University of Ibadan (UI), Emotional Intelligence Skills Group, just to name a few. We created the BMGA Fellows Program out of the desire to address the problem of the skills mismatch that exists between employers’ requirements and university graduates’ display of skills in the workplace specifically with female university graduates.
