Our Theory of Change

Enriched Virtual Learning

At BMGA Foundation, our courses are designed with the three primary learning styles that promote high retention and recall of information, which are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.

To ensure that our courses are effective, we have factored in the principles of retention of information and the anthropological theory of learning in the way our courses are structured. Our objective is to equip professionals with transformative skills that enable them to be more effective and productive in their jobs.

We have great expertise in effectively catering to university students, entry-level, mid-level professionals, academic institutions, and corporate organisations. This is because we partner with experts and professors from top institutions across the world, such as Yale University and Thunderbird School of Global Management, New York University, to deploy courses on business etiquette, emotional intelligence, story intelligence, effective communication, global leadership, strategies in international development, among others.

Impact Model

As a Foundation, we employ the transformational domino approach to impact the lives of over 10,000 young women in Africa directly and indirectly by 2025. Through the BMGA Fellows Program, we admit high potential young women with a heart for societal transformation into the program, who after an intensive mindset-shifting experience become fellows and go on to transform other young women.
